Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the experience design of web portals, digital applications and e-commerce solutions with B2B, B2C and B2X business models, putting users at the center of everything you do
- You work closely with a team of consultants and front-end developers and advise them with your expertise
- You create information architecture, wireframes, layouts, prototypes and design systems
- You lead product designers (junior / intermediate OnShore and NearShore) and bear the technical responsibility for the work results
- You conduct workshops and presentations with clients during pitches and the project phase
Your Profile
- Completed studies (design, graphic design, communication design, digital design) or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design (digital for web and/or e-commerce platforms)
- In-depth experience in user centered design, user experience design, and interaction design
- Hands-on experience with design thinking, design sprints, user research and user testing
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German (min. B2) and English (min. C1)
